21:30 – So we'll get into local Utah school politics a little bit. There was an article published in the National Review, and it pointed out that two school districts here in Utah had adopted policies from the ACLU that said that teachers should not inform parents if a child decides to transition their sex. This issue is going viral right now and everybody's talking, but teachers are not the parents. I'm the parent. I created that human or adopted that human being, and have full responsibility for that human being.
