This week, I was reminded about HOW much is on the line when you don’t take your own healing seriously.

This past week, I made some mistakes (yep, even coaches do) that left me in a LOT of pain today. But instead of just beating myself up, I pulled the lessons from it, because pain is only wasted if we don’t use it to grow.
