Manage episode 482270812 series 3665127
Welcome to a special bonus episode of Luca's Insight Track with Luca Allam! In this 'Off Track' edition, I talk about the insights learned from my present episode with Dariush Soudi, discussing the art and science of being a good salesman in 2025, and how to stand out in a sea of sameness, with so many products and services offering very similar solutions.
In this episode, I talk about 3 insights that will help shape the future of selling. For me, likability is now a major differentiator and remains incredibly important in the sales process, but can you teach someone how to be likable? With the insight that AI and machines are now able to buy and sell to other machines on our behalf, likability becomes even more important. As does the importance of thinking in the right mindset, radiating with positive energy, and manifesting opportunities. Being open and positive will not only attract the right type of employer, start-up partner, or collaborator, but it will also set you on a future-proofed course for success, because it gives us as humans the competitive edge.
In this unfiltered, improvised, and off-scripted episode, I share my personal insights that have and continue to shape who I am. Tune in now for a raw and thought-inspired conversation on Off Track!
