Hey everyone. Welcome to the next episode of the Life isn’t Linear podcast. Life isn’t Linear and neither is the journey. But the goal is to keep making progress.
Today's episode is a book review. After reading Be Water My Friend: The true teachings of Bruce Lee, I felt that it needed to be shared. It is rare to have a book hit so deep and to change the way you look at life.
Before Chuck Norris, Steven Seagal, or Van Damme, there was Bruce Lee. But, I am not sure how many people are aware of the healing philosophy he developed. How he made it a part of his life. Thankfully, he journaled and documented his journey to be his best version. His daughter, Shannon Lee has taken these journals, feelings, and her own experiences to create something amazing, something that needs to be shared.
Enjoy!
