On this episode, the boys had special guest Jess Donohue back on the podcast! We checked back in with Jess after her amazing performance at the USA 20k Championships, where she ran 5:47 pace for the ~12.5 mile effort on a hilly course!

Between the last pod and now, Jess also qualified for and competed at the Hyrox World Championships in Chicago!

Jess is now gearing up for an OTQ ATTEMPT in December at the Marathon Project in Arizona! We can’t wait to watch her crush it and hopefully punch her ticket into the Trials Marathon field! Enjoy!
