On this episode, the boys had on special guest Phil Gore. Phil recently won the Dead Cow Gully Backyard Ultra in a world record of 119 loops, which is about 500 miles/800km of running over 5 days. Stunningly, his last lap of the course was his fastest. Not only that, but he also ran a sub-18 5k just two days after the race.
