In this episode, Keith sits down with Registered Dietitian Vincci Tsui to discuss intuitive and mindful eating. Vincci encourages us to stop dieting and start building a healthy relationship with food by trusting our intuition to let us know what, when and how much we should eat. She asks us to regard food as morally neutral, neither good nor bad, and to abandon the guilt we feel when we eat certain foods. Mindful eating means bringing our awareness to what we eat, appreciating and enjoying our food and respecting and nurturing our bodies.
