Kimberly Vap is a mortgage loan officer, who initially started her career in 2011 as a loan closer with a title company. After ten years in that role, Kimberly realized that the families sitting across from her, who were getting ready to buy a home, had no idea what they were paying or how much their loans were really going to cost them. This experience spurred Kimberly into originating. Kimberly brings clarity and education to her clients, acting more like a mortgage advisor to them, illustrating what their loan will look like in five or ten years, and what the true costs and benefits are related to the loan they have chosen. Kimberly is currently with CMS Mortgage Solutions, the number one broker in Virginia for the past five years, and she is also a Homes for Heroes lender affiliate, which helps active-duty military members, veterans, teachers, healthcare workers and the like find rebates or credits.
