Rachel Kapp, M.Ed., BCET, and Stephanie Pitts, M.Ed., BCET welcome parent educator, coach, former elementary school administrator and former special education teacher, Sari Goodman. We talk about how important it is to demystify educational jargon and some simple tricks to helping parents and lay people to understand their learner.
