Discipline is about doing what you don’t want to do because you know it’s the right.

The person you ARE and who you become through doing hard things paradoxically makes you happier.

Victim hood doesn’t serve us, and I’ve had that tested over the past 4 months.

Once again I’m coming back to delusional optimism.

Wild gratitude and the WORK of being content, regardless of suffering.

A mindset of empowerment in the face of pain is a deliberate act of rebellion, so don’t give up.
