An all too common challenge for leaders of all career level and walks of life is those "I don't deserve this" feeling, a.k.a. the imposter experience, commonly called 'imposter syndrome'. If that's something you've experienced then I hope you'll give today's episode a listen. Because I'll be speaking with the Imposter Syndrome Slayer himself, John Little, about the pervasive issue of imposter syndrome, sharing insights from his own experiences and coaching philosophy. We examine the importance of self-awareness, building relationships, and giving oneself grace in overcoming the self-doubt and low confidence that are so often linked to imposter experience. John offers practical strategies to foster confidence and authenticity in yourself and others.
