The McDonald’s brand is synonymous with innovation across all of its global operations. Data and analytics fuel that innovation across the myriad ways McDonald’s maintains its competitive position, but many would say the best is yet to come. In this episode, I sit down with Craig Brabec who recently took the helm of the analytics team after stints at Caterpillar, McKesson and Ford Motor.
