Has your co-op year started? This time of year is full of anticipation, nerves, and hope. You have started your co-op and are just crossing your fingers, hoping you know how to handle situations that come up, hoping you will be able to navigate the conflict that might arise . . . or maybe you haven’t even thought about the possibility of conflicts because right now everything is going great! All your families are excited and happy to be there! We don’t want to burst your bubble, but the truth is that conflict will come up and today we want to help you be ready for that.
