Welcome to Law to Her, a podcast dedicated to empowering women in law. We’re here to demystify the legal journey—from law school admissions to your first day of practice.

As many 1Ls may know, the structured 1L recruit is quickly approaching, with in-firm interviews in Toronto just around the corner. For today’s episode, we are fortunate to have Reagan Cockburn joining us today. Last summer, she was a 1L student at a Bay Street law firm, a job she secured through the recruit. Stay tuned to hear about her experience with the 1L recruit and how you can best prepare for in-firm interviews.
