The federal government has unveiled its review into combating anti-semitism which includes a number of radical recommendations that would censor the media and sanction universities and artists if they facilitated criticism of Israel. Os and Scott talk about the background to the review, the problems with its extreme recommendations and how reactions to it shifted over the past week.

Also in the episode: A conversation about the state of federal politics, and why the Labor government is seemingly coasting without much criticism or debate over its soft approach on climate, education, health and housing. Os and Scott also discuss the media's unwillingness to criticise the massively controversial and expensive AUKUS deal, even though it is being reviewed by Donald Trump.

Plus in Keeping Tabs, a preview of the Tasmanian state election and why the ABC is obsessed with making the same show, over and over.
