Philadelphia police and the Fire Department are warning against the intentional setting of fires at the city's various trash drop off locations amid the DC 33 strike. The warning comes after authorities say they responded to multiple fires at trash collection sites overnight. The cause of the fires is still unknown and ATF is helping Philly PD in their investigation.
