The Pennsylvania Supreme Court will hear arguments on Wednesday over mail-in ballots. The case involves votes that were tossed out because of incorrect dates on the outer envelopes. The Republican National Committee is appealing a Commonwealth Court ruling that said such ballots must be counted. This case is one of several involving dates on mail-in ballots. A federal appeals court last month ruled it's unconstitutional for Pennsylvania to throw out ballots because of date mistakes. Republicans could ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review that decision.
