Students who ride SEPTA to school will soon get a little relief. The city says it will spend a portion of a $135 million transit subsidy to restore about a dozen bus and trolley lines that serve school students. SEPTA and city leaders alike praised it as a strategy to reduce the pain that commuters feel. However, more difficulty for SEPTA riders is still on the way next week, as the transit agency cuts more service and hikes fares. More from KYW Newsradio's Mike DeNardo.
