This time, we sat down with Maegan Turner, Luminare Life Founder and Stress Management Coach.

Maegan understands the struggle and overwhelm that chronic stress can have on a person. By her mid-20s to early-30s she suffered from burnout after experiencing a series of stressful life events. Through her trials, she found her purpose to help women break free from the pain and suffering caused by chronic stress so they can live a life they love.

In this episode, we talked about stress management tips for people struggling with their personal finance, and how healthy financial habits are important to building a positive relationship with money.
