The man who now employs over 7,000 people across 16 companies began his journey in the humblest of circumstances – hawking goods on the streets of Accra as a secondary school student to pay his own fees. "I was sleeping on the porch," he recalls with remarkable candor. "I roll my mattress from one to upper six. In the morning if I don't wake up early, everybody will see me folding my mattress."
