Several medical studies affirm working more than 40 hours per week often comes at the expense of these things. Forced overtime at the Frito-Lay plant in Topeka, Kansas reached a boiling point recently. It led to hundreds of workers going on strike in protest of grueling overtime rules that saw many work 12-hour days for sometimes months on end. Some workers share their experiences with us.
