Oscar Sardinas has been a Key Biscayne resident for 37 years and an active member of the community. He is the President of the Key Biscayne Children and Education Foundation and has been appointed to the Village of Key Biscayne Education Advisory Board. Oscar is also an elected member of the Education Excellence School Advisory Committee EESAC and a softball coach. In this Councilmember Candidates Special Series, Key Biscayne Stories will interview the individuals who wish to serve their community as part of the Village Council.
