Barry first found music when he borrowed his sister's record collection when he was about eight and was hooked. When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. He joined Caroline in 1977, touring the country with the Caroline Roadshow for 10 years, having great fun. Barry helped with tender trips and worked on the Ross Revenge in '84 and '85. ...

A huge thank you to Jason Kowalski (drummer), one of the founding members of the highly influential, viscerally contagious November 17. Co-founder, Jason made this interview possible by bringing the other founding member Chris Cannella to the plate. N17 has been a catalyst to the crust or formation to so many other metal, industrial rock, and death metal bands that found their passion because of the beast that these guys formulated in the mid 90s. If you have been in the metal scene at all you have experienced these guys in various forms from Autumns End, Malevolent Creation, Misssion 66, and even more including Rorschach Test! Chris Cannella comes with pedigree and stories that blew our minds from his friendship to Kerry King, shredding in Deicide, being Eddie Van Halen's product mgr and now Malevolent Creation is bringing down the ceiling somewhere near you! Preparing for one final show this year, Chris brings the stories, the music and the tell-all (most) of November 17's roller coaster ride through the industry and still remaining a stalwart punch in the face to metal fans everywhere!
