Trump's Unqualified New Jersey US Attorney, Alina Habba, RESIGNS!
Manage episode 523450998 series 2777875
In proof that the rule of law still matters and that federal court rulings still matter, one of Donald Trump's former personal attorneys, Alina Habba, has resigned after federal courts ruled that she was unlawfully serving as the U.S. Attorney for the district of New Jersey.
This represents a victory for the rule of law, a victory for the people of New Jersey, and a victory for the hundreds of hard-working, career public servants/federal prosecutors who work at the New Jersey U.S. Attorney's office.
Now let's hope that other flunky U.S. attorneys who are serving in their positions unlawfully - also follow suit and resign.
