Overthinking can steal focus from what you really want to do!

– When overanalyzing steals the joy from the present moment, it can create mental exhaustion and frustration. Every decision or interaction is dissected to the point of exhaustion, making it hard to just be. This constant overthinking can leave you feeling mentally drained, stuck in a cycle of worry and uncertainty.

– People who overthink spend an enormous amount of energy analyzing every decision, situation, and interaction.

They question everything:

  • "Did I say the right thing?"
  • "What if I made the wrong decision?"
  • "What do others think of me?"

This constant rush of thoughts can be exhausting and lead to you never really enjoying the present because you are constantly preoccupied with the past or the future.
