There is power in poetry. You may not know it, but I am a poet and love poetry. In this episode we discuss how music is poetry sung to particular frequency and how poetry and music can be used to help us learn, remember, and change our state of consciousness and emotions. I share one of my favorite poems my mother used to read to me, and some of the poetry I wrote early in my life.
