Do you feel constantly overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted—no matter how healthy you try to be? Your nervous system could be the missing piece in your hormone and metabolism puzzle.

In this episode of It’s Hertime, I sit down with Leanna Hunt to uncover the hidden ways stress sabotages your hormones, metabolism, and overall well-being—and what you can do to restore balance.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

What the Window of Tolerance is and how it impacts your nervous system
How chronic stress leads to hormone imbalances, weight gain, and burnout
The connection between nervous system dysregulation and symptoms like cravings, anxiety, and fatigue
How to shift out of “fight-or-flight” mode and activate your body’s natural healing state
Practical nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle strategies to build stress resilience

Key Takeaways:

Your nervous system controls your hormones. Chronic stress isn’t just mental—it triggers real hormonal imbalances that affect weight, energy, and mood.

Small, daily shifts create big hormonal changes. Breathwork, nutrition, movement, and targeted supplements can help restore balance.
