Food allergies, stifled creativity, and kazoos, oh my! This week the sisters are diving into the world of fitting in when you were born to stand out. For intuitives, fitting in can be a real challenge, whether it's in school as a child or in social situations as an adult. When you feel control, or the need to be right, creeping in, consider if what you're about to say is really necessary. Maybe it's simply your spirit nudging you to create a bit of space between you and those around you.
Your inner critic is bound to get activated, but it doesn't have to stay that way. Take a nap, take a walk, or take time to get creative. Consider if you really want to stay in a critical state of mind, and do what it takes to reset your barking dog. If you need to, write down the facts (not the feelings) so that you can make an informed decision about what is really happening around you, and then chose to live on a higher plane.
Tool of the Week: Embrace flexibility for an intuitive life. [35:35]
