Al Kingsley has almost 30 years’ experience in educational technology and digital safeguarding, with a passion for education. He’s the CEO of EdTech company, NetSupport, and an EdTech author.

Al's Top 3 Career Tips

1. You are born with two eyes, two ears and one mouth. You should use them in appropriate proportions. You don’t need to be the first person to speak to prove your worth. Listen to others, assimilate their views and then share an insight.

2. Stand your ground. If you’ve listened and absorbed and you genuinely believe that something is right don’t be scared to stand your ground.

3. Be bold. Be Brave. Go with your heart. Don’t go with the obvious. Look for opportunities where you will be motivated and energized.
