When we have emotions many of us just ride the reaction of them instead of really thinking about why do we have them.

Emotions are actually here to support us in our life's journey to have breakthroughs, insights, meanings and more.

I would like to take this hour to give you a insights that I, and my spiritual team will also guide us through the emotional walk of our lives journey.
