Today we are going to talk about a balm for just about everything, including uncertain times. It's also incidentally the language that science now shows you were born to speak. And one of many spiritual practices that can actually strengthen your brain and be a deterrent for things like depression and addiction (among others).

On today's episode we are going to take back prayer for ourselves (if it was wrapped up or sticky to you or attached to something you found unsavory).

This week on the Intuition for Changemakers Show: Prayer—what it is, why it’s good for your mental health and a simple practice you can try today.
