One of the biggest struggles I see for introverted business owners is content. Not because we lack ideas, but because the way content is taught often feels loud, performative, and completely misaligned with who we are.

In this episode of Introverts’ Toolbox, I sat down with content strategist and former business owner Jenni Reher to talk about a calmer, more authentic way to create content that actually builds connection.

Jenni shares her journey from starting and selling a successful baking business to helping coaches and business owners create content that sounds like them. We talk about why introverts are naturally wired for community, how sharing lived experiences builds trust, and why content does not need to appeal to everyone to be effective.

In this conversation, we explore:

  • Why you are not meant to attract everyone online

  • How introverts can use everyday moments as meaningful content

  • What behind-the-scenes sharing really looks like for introverts

  • Why community matters more than likes and reach

  • How authenticity supports long-term, sustainable growth

If creating content has ever felt draining, forced, or overwhelming, this episode offers a gentler and more aligned way to show up and still grow your business.
