Welcome to the world of audio podcasting. We will focus on the equipment used including the various types of recording devices used in audio capture and the file types such as wave and mp3. Become familiar with the differing online platforms used to record guests remotely. You will also be introduced to the concept of the Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) and Integrated Podcast Production Studios such as the RodeCaster. Lastly, you will learn of the various storage mediums to save and store podcasts and various podcast delivery platforms to distribute the finished podcast project.
