We have all experienced failures – they are simply part of life. Yet we’d rather not talk about, let alone appreciate them. But when we fully embrace the fact that failures are a vehicle to growth and transformation, we understand that they aren’t something we should be scared of or hold us back. Ultimately, all of our failures will lead us to what we’re meant to achieve in our lifetime.

In this episode, Tanja and Kat talk about their own experiences and failures, how they learned how to overcome setbacks and always stand up again during their years working with start-ups. This episode is not to be missed!

Key takeaways:

- Making mistakes is fine as long as you don’t repeat them. Learn from it and turn mistakes into successes the next time around

- Success is never a straight line – in fact it’s a wild ride! You have ups and downs all the time and should embrace this as a complete normality

- Failures are essentially the Universe redirecting you to what you’re actually supposed to do

- You should allow yourself to be sad if you’ve just failed at something. But you must see it as a temporary state of mind and emotion and don’t identify yourself with it (you, yourself, are not a failure!)
