In our 7th episode of Inspiring Viking Values we interviewed Mr. John Fitzpatrick, the principal of Veronica Connor Middle School. Mr. Fitzpatrick shared information on their "Viking Olympics" event coming up on May 19th. Mrs. Deanna Przepiora and Mrs. Tracey Shores joined the podcast as well. They are middle school teachers and co-advisors to this special event. Madison McGowan and Austin Forsey also joined the podcast. Maddie is a 10th grade student who won the olympics back when she was in middle school. Austin is an 8th grade volunteer with the Viking Olympics.
One more thing...I would like to thank Mrs. Mernitz and her students for singing the Grand Island Alma Mater. It is featured at the end of the podcast.
