CA Democrats Turn to Redistricting

Democrats in the California legislature met over the weekend to negotiate new congressional maps. CapRadio State Politics Reporter Laura Fitzgerald breaks down the redistricting debate ahead of a potential special election in November for voters to approve the new district maps.
