It’s the penultimate episode of Season 6, and we’ve got an inspiring double-header for you.

Kicking things off in The Overload Segment, we usually focus on the trades – but this week, we welcome a different kind of apprentice. Jordan Dargan, Irish entrepreneur and standout contestant on BBC’s The Apprentice UK 2025, joins us to talk about his roots, his business journey, and what it was really like in the boardroom. From growing up in Ireland to pitching big ideas on national TV, Jordan brings energy, honesty, and insight into the world of startups and self-belief.

Be sure to check out Jordan’s ventures:
Rendify Studio – His 3D animation company
Tapp – His cutting-edge digital networking platform.

Later in the episode, we’re joined by Adam Foley, former professional footballer and now youth coach at Drogheda United FC. A local lad from Balrothery, Adam shares his journey from grassroots leagues to pro football – a path paved with hard work, setbacks, and persistence. His story is a reminder that showing up and believing in yourself can take you further than you ever thought possible. Now focused on coaching the next generation, Adam reflects on life after the pitch and his hopes for the future of Drogheda United.

This episode is all about hustle, heart, and chasing your goals – whether in business, sport, or beyond.

This podcast is sponsored by Robus Lighting and this season is in association with Snickers Workwear Ireland.
