The town of Newburgh is looking at a wastewater rate increase to support a $35 million improvement effort. Plus, the Indiana Department of Health has approved an application for a Certificate of Public Advantage, or COPA, in support of a proposed merger between Union Health and Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
