The specific words, prayer, ritual, or method you use to access the Akashic Records are NOT as important as the frequency, energy, and state of being you're holding when you access them. Your frequency matters above ALL else, and it includes:

the level of openness, curiosity, and beginner's mind you're bringing to your readings
how grounded & anchored you are in your physical body when accessing the Records (i.e., not using the Records for spiritual bypassing or to "escape" reality)
the level of safety you feel in your body and nervous system
the beliefs and thoughts you're holding about yourself, about the Records, about the process of accessing them (especially beliefs having to do with your worthiness & ability to access them)
your capacity to recognize and dissolve ego mind interference
your level of emotional regulation & stability
how much you're trusting yourself and the Records

These are all essential components that make up your overall frequency. They determine how deeply, how powerfully, and how effectively you're accessing the Records -- and, consequently, what kind of healing you experience while you're there.
