Hey, so today’s session is all about standing in awe of Jesus. I just wanted to take a moment, in my mind’s eye, my imagination, and my spirit, to come before the throne of God and simply stand in awe of Him.

There’s a beautiful verse in Psalm 145 that says, “All creation will stand in awe of you, O Eternal One. They will not be silent. They will talk of the grandeur of your kingdom and celebrate the wonder of your power.” I just love that. Even if we don’t praise God, the rocks will cry out—there’s a scripture that says that.

So yes, our call is really to be still and come before Him. I often use my imagination to enjoy encounters with God, and I truly believe God gave us imagination for that purpose. One of my favourite verses is when Jesus says, “Unless you come like a child, you cannot enter the kingdom of God.” Children are amazing at using their imagination, and I think that’s a big part of what Jesus meant.

It’s not that we’re just making things up. I believe our spirits can connect with the Spirit of God. When we visualise, it’s not always just pretend—it’s a way of seeing. The Bible talks so much about the throne room. I love to imagine Father God on His throne, Jesus at His right hand, and the Spirit dancing around the room.

As followers of Jesus, we’ve been invited in—we’ve been purified, cleansed, and redeemed by His blood so that we can enter that throne room. We can stand before the incredible God who created the universe and be in awe of Him.

So today’s session is all about that. I really hope and pray that you can connect with Him, encounter Him, and experience His incredible glory, grace, and transforming presence.
