There’s a big difference between saying you’ll get to something later and knowing exactly when it’s going to happen. Lately, I’ve been knee-deep in deep cleaning and decluttering, but the real shift isn’t about what I’m cleaning. It’s about the freedom that comes when I make a decision in advance instead of carrying around another mental tab. If your mind feels full, your space feels heavy, or your to-do list just won’t quit, this episode might offer the clarity you didn’t know you needed. Let’s talk about the power of knowing when.

Episode Highlights
• Later is indefinite, but “I know when” brings peace
• Mental clutter often weighs more than physical clutter
• Decision-making in advance reduces distraction and stress
• You can’t maintain what you haven’t clearly decided to start
• Knowing when frees your mind and lifts the pressure
