Time goes fast, and if we don’t get intentional with it, it disappears before we even realize it. In this episode, I’m talking about something simple that can help you reset your focus and take back your time: a big list of things you want to do with your life. Not goals to chase or boxes to check, but a collection of dreams and intentions that help you live more on purpose. It’s not about pressure. It’s about perspective.
