Stuck in recovery? Is your motivation blunted? This podcast episode is for you!

I teamed up with 4 incredible girls, Madeline, Madi, Sophie and Jas to create a resource you could use in the instance your recovery motivation is lacking. Together, we draw upon lived experience navigating the "nitty gritty" of full recovery and the blissful moments that make all the intense effort and intent worthwhile. We explore what day to day life is like in fully recovery, the "little" (but really significant) moments that make recovered life magical, what anguish full recovery relinquishes and the prospect of speaking to our formally ambivalent selves.

This will be what you need to reinvigorate your drive to unconditionally heal.
