Fun and Games!), continuing a tradition that began as a way to cultivate a more welcoming community for all residents. Megan Dudley, president of the Ridgefield Multicultural Initiative, joins us to talk about founding the Initiative and the festival after recognizing the need for greater inclusivity in community events.
