One of the best lunch spots in Clark County can be found at The McClaskey Culinary Institute at Clark College, the only culinary program with an accredited degree within 150 miles. This program trains some of the brightest and best chefs and bakers out there before sending them out to cook in local kitchens, open their own food trucks, or join the team at Michelin Star restaurants. This is the crew that keeps Clark County delicious.
