What you are committed to will not only determine what comes to you, but it will also shape how you handle it. And if you will misuse or abuse what comes to you. When your spirit is rehearsed in dysfunction, your reactions will be too.
Think about Ruth. She didn’t just tag along with Naomi for fun. She committed“Your God will be my God. Where you go, I’ll go.” (Ruth 1:16). And what came to her? Redemption, Legacy, and Royal lineage.
Commitment sets the GPS for favor to find you.
So before you ask God for "what’s next"—check what you’re stuck on. Are you flirting with purpose or are you faithfully fastened to it?
