#98_ Today we are talking about the benefits of EMDR therapy. We are talking about mental health and how to overcome things that may be holding you back from being the best version of yourself.

There are many ways to achieve good mental health. There are many different types of therapies. Different things work for different people.

I would like to offer this other therapy that you may not have known about. I didn’t know much about it before this interview.

It is called EMDR therapy and it is incredibly effective.

Rotem Brayer is a certified EMDR therapist and the founder of The Art and Science of EMDR, a platform designed to educate EMDR therapists. And he is in private practice in Denver, Colorado as well.

He is here to answer my questions about EMDR. This is a very good summary that will help you learn more about, it and see if it is something you might want to pursue.
