In this episode I interview Milly Rose Bannister, an award-winning founder, Gen Z specialist and creative director. Her personal and brand digital content reaches more than 5 million young Australians a year.


She has pitched and delivered projects for the likes of Pinterest, TikTok, Frank Body, AFLW, Meta and lululemon. She also has a background and training in media, journalism, positive psychology and human research.


In this interview, we chat about how she founded ‘ALLKND', a Gen Z-led charity training 1 million and 1 young Aussies in digital, peer-to-peer, mental health first aid, after moving home from the US. We also discuss how she grew a personal brand and her advice for founders, as well as sharing a new announcement about a new initiative helping connect Australians.
