The news as an industry has been undergoing plenty of change in the past decade, with formats and methods of delivery seeming to change every few months. There seems to be more ways every day for people to learn about what’s going on in the world. But the one thing that hasn’t changed is that the news often features stories of depressing situations and difficult events.

On this episode of Changing Lives, we’re going to look at how to deal with hearing about the sometimes distressing or triggering things that can appear in your newsfeed daily.
