The outer world keeps changing—new cities, new housemates, even a pile of clutter beside your pillow—and yet peace remains available in every breath. In this Wisdom Dialogues episode, we step into a Sedona season of daily practice and non-dual exploration, where spiritual concepts are tested in real-life scenarios: sleeping next to a messy workspace, navigating old food beliefs, feeling heartbreak ripple through the nervous system, and living alongside a neighbor convinced he’s fighting demons.
The invitation is simple and radical: nothing outside you is the cause of anything. Thoughts that disturb peace are the only obstacles—and they dissolve through awareness, humor, and a willingness to feel.
Over seven weeks of transformational bridging, we explore:
- Taking life less personally
- Watching lack evaporate and abundance reveal itself
- Moving from “dry and frugal” conditioning into a juicy embrace of presence
- Health as devotion to awareness—not rules
- High-fat foods, fascia release, and compression as tools, not idols

We reframe agreements, calendars, and productivity as peripherals already handled when we listen to Spirit. Even heartbreak and demon narratives get rewritten. Fear is projection. Love is the ground.
Food becomes a playful practice—not moral, not controlled—just guided by peace in the moment. Coffee headaches, fried snacks, and anti-aging lasers reveal how the mind gives power to belief. Withdraw the belief, return causality to mind, and joy returns to the simplest bite.
We also explore key ACIM principles, including:
- “You need do nothing” as an active state of trust
- The integrity of Spirit guiding relationships
- How joining in love shifts the entire perceptual field
